Map Pin Form
Note: Only authorized officials are allowed to submit map pin information
Instructions for adding/updating a club pin and listing
Only authorized federation officials can use the club listing form to have a pin added or updated on the AFMS map and regional club listing. The information must be reviewed by the webmaster before the pin and listing are added/updated. The following are needed for the pin:
Region
State
Club Name
Meeting Location (can be city, state if the club does not have a consistent meeting location) This is where the pin will appear on the map.
Website (leave blank if not applicable)
Facebook Page (leave blank if not applicable)
Your email address is also required so the webmaster can contact you if necessary, but it will not appear on the pin or the regional club listing. Once you submit the form, please allow 3 to 4 days for the pin to be added or updated.
