States of the Midwest Federation

The Midwest Federation consists of 119 clubs in 12 different states and has an adult membership of 6,865. Many of our clubs have programs in place for juniors. We have a junior membership of 876. NOTE: Although Arkansas is a member of the South Central Federation, three Arkansas clubs have requested and received permission to move their membership to the Midwest Federation.
