The Midwest Federation Of Mineralogical and Geological Societies is a member
of the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies. It was organized in
1940, and one of the original four founders of the AFMS in 1947. It
encompasses a region of 11 states and has about 150 different clubs.
The links to your left will help you explore our website. Our
Federation will give you a list of our officers and committees as well as a
copy of our bylaws. Member Societies lists each state and club that
belongs to the Midwest Federation. Resources will provide you with MWF
and AFM supplies as well as resources for programs for your organization.
Our Calendar of Events will give you information on member clubs' shows in
your area.
